I'm the kind of person who loves to give advice. It's not always welcome, and that doesn't always stop me.

And I realize these days there's lots of advice out and about about writing, publishing, and maybe we don't need another voice. But after writing close to 100 books, I thought it might be a good idea to share how I write, why I write, and some of the processes I deal with.

I not only like to give advice, I like to share. So over the next while, not sure how long it'll go on, I'll be popping in here to share my process, how I develop my books.

As always with writing advice, there is no one size fits all. I've discovered that myself. I maybe take a piece from one author, an idea from another author, start an entirely new process and digital, but keep part of it. Overtime I have hoed my own process, realized how I work.

So so I'm hoping that in the things I say, you might find something that you can use. Some piece of advice that will give you an aha moment. I know I have found them listening to and reading other writers.

I hope you come along with me on this journey. And I hope in the process I can share what I've learned with you.

It might not be sequential, it might be out of order, but that's all part of writing too.

Know that my process might not be your process. I've always gotten annoyed with people who think there is a way that things have to get done. I think more and more writers are realizing we take our personalities to our writing processes as well as our stories.

If there's things you don't agree with, discard them. If there's things you want to try, dig a little deeper. Or ask me questions. I'm open to that too.

Thanks for reading, and take care and blessings on your own writing journey.
